We recommend booking your private tour at least 3 months in advance to give us the best chance of securing your preferred distilleries and experiences. For high-demand times like Kentucky Derby Week, it's best to book as early as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability may be limited.
Your tour includes full planning and coordination, private transportation (pickup and drop-off at your hotel, Airbnb, or home), admissions to two guided distillery tours and one tasting, lunch at a local favorite, plus snacks, soft drinks, and bottled water throughout the day. You’ll also be accompanied by a friendly, knowledgeable Bluegrass Bourbon guide who’ll share stories, insight, and Kentucky hospitality along the way.

Some Kentucky distilleries can ship bottles directly to in-state residents and to select states with reciprocal agreements (currently including Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island, and Washington D.C.). Shipping availability varies by distillery, so we recommend checking with each location during your visit.
If you’re flying, TSA allows you to pack up to 5 liters of alcohol (between 24% and 70% ABV) in checked luggage, as long as it’s in unopened retail packaging. Alcohol under 24% ABV is not restricted in checked bags.
